We offer a broad range of business immigration legal services

Specialty occupation visas: The H-1B visa allows workers with special skills to work temporarily in the United States to fill a niche job position that cannot be filled by an American worker. An individual may be granted an H-1 visa for up to six years. The USCIS grants only 65,000 H-1B visas each year. An H-1B visa may be filed by the employer acting as "sponsor" of the employee. We assist workers such as:

  • Healthcare workers
  • Engineers and scientists
  • Accounting professionals
  • Database administrators
  • Licensed professionals
  • Programmers, computer analysts
  • Web designers

Intra-company transfer visas: L-1 and L-2 visas allow government entities, corporations, or non-profit organizations to transfer foreign national workers (and their families) to the United States to work. Typically, the worker must be at the executive or management level, or must possess specialized knowledge needed to perform the job function. This includes:

  • Manufacturing and production supervisors
  • Finance executives
  • Business startup consultants
  • Technical experts
  • Product marketing managers

Unskilled worker visas: U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services grants 140,000 EB visas for unskilled and skilled workers coming to the United States to work every year. Employees applying for an EB visa must have a firm commitment for a job in the United States. Sponsoring businesses must successfully complete the labor certification PERM process.
